Historical Conservation Foundation is a US based non-profit organization [Public Charity 509(a)(2)] therefore all donations are tax-deductible. Donors may deduct these charitable contributions from their taxes based on sections 170, 2055, 2106, 2522 of the United States Tax Code (IRS).

Donations to the cause of building of the Monument of Independence in Poland based on Stanisław Szukalski’s design are fully dedicated to that specific purpose without any administration fees from the Foundation. In accordance with the Foundation’s Statute, the management board and administration do not charge any salaries or wages. All persons working for the Foundation perform their work pro bono.
